Effective administration of conflicts in labor environments

Conflicts are common and frequent in any organization, the people in charge of conducting organizations have little knowledge and skills to manage conflicts within their institutions, this situation affects the organizational performance and generates corporate losses, they also produce social and psychosomatic discomforts in the workers involved; In this work we try to make an integral approach to the topic, first we seek to define the conflict based on the contribution of some authors, then we highlight a conflict theory and emphasize three points of view about it; The components of the conflict are also analyzed and finally a way to approach the management of conflicts is proposed.
