Administrative management and human talent management by competition in the Provincial Municipality of Cañete - Lima

This research study has been developed in order to achieve the central objective: To determine the relationship between administrative management and human talent management by competition in the workers of the Provincial Municipality of Cañete – Lima ( Municipalidad Provincial de Cañete – Lima ) in the 2018 period, for which hypothesis was formulated: There is a direct and significant relationship between administrative management and human talent management by competition in the Provincial Municipality of Cañete - Lima in the 2018 period. The present investigation is correlational, with a transversal - correlational design. The survey technique has been used and as a tool the questionnaire to establish the degree of correlation between both variables described. The sample consisted of 40 workers from the provincial municipality. The results obtained from the statistical analysis have found that there is a high positive correlation, with a p-value: 0,000 <0,010 between administrative management and the human talent management by competition in the workers of the Provincial Municipality of Cañete - Lima in the 2018 period.
