Collaborative work and work performance in the personnel named of the Regional Management of Transports and Communications of Ucayali - 2018
Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between collaborative work and performance work in the appointed staff of the Regional Management of Transportation and Communications of Ucayali - 2018. And the hypothesis: There is a direct and significant relationship between collaborative work and work performance in the staff appointed by the Regional Management of Transportation and Communications of Ucayali (Gerencia Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones de Ucayali)- 2018. For this purpose, an applied investigation was carried out, at a correlational level, with a non-experimental design. The survey technique was used and as instruments the survey questionnaires were used to determine the levels of relationship between these study variables. The population was integrated by 65 workers of the Regional Management of Transports and Communications of Ucayali. As a result of this research, it has been found that there is a weak direct relationship (rho = 0,399 and p-value: 0,000 <0,010) between the collaborative work and the work performance of the personnel appointed by the Regional Management of Transport and Communications of Ucayali - 2018
